Startup:

To switch the cash register on, please push the switch on the right-hand side of the unit forward.

If the switch is already in the forward position, the cash register is in standby mode.

Please press the ON button on the keypad to activate the cash register.



Functions:

1. Standard pocket calculator function with basic arithmetic operations and decimal point calculation.

2. On the left of the cash register, there is a manual transport belt. Turn the knob next to the transport belt to set the belt in motion.

3. There is a weighing station in the middle of the cash register. If an object is placed on these scales and the scales pushed down lightly, a peeping tone is emitted and a red lamp lights up.

4. Begin each new purchase by pressing the ON key so that all figures in the display are deleted. Prices are entered manually, and you must press the "+" key after every amount to add up the prices. The total is shown when you press the "=" key.

5. When you swipe the supplied credit card through the card slot, a tone is emitted and the cash register drawer opens.

6. If you have already pressed the "=" key to end the purchase, you can still continue shopping by pressing the "+" key and entering further prices.

7. During the shopping process, you can delete the last-entered price by pressing the CE key.

8. If the customer decides not to pay by credit card and pays cash, you must first press the "-" key, then enter the amount paid. The change is shown in the display with a "-" in front of the amount.

9. When you press the button on the scanner, a peeping tone is emitted and a red lamp lights up.



Switching off the cash register:

To switch the cash register to standby mode, please press the OFF key on the keypad.

If the cash register is inactive for approx. 5 minutes, it automatically reverts to standby mode.

To switch the cash register off, push the ON/OFF switch on the right-hand side of the unit to the OFF position.
